Being asked for advice can be flattering. The fact that someone has enough fai th in you and admiration for your abilities can make you feel really good. But giving advice can be a double-edged sword. The highest esteem in which you we re held can quickly dissolve into mistrust and resentment if something goes wr ong because of your advice. If someone comes to you looking for guidance, offe r it if you want to, but also insist that this person thinks about it carefull y before implementing. That way you could save yourself from conflict. 被要求提供建議可以是對你的稱讚。此即代表某人對你有足夠的信心，而且對你的能力的 讚賞可以使你感覺非常好。但是提供意見可能是把雙面刃。只要事情因為你的建議而出錯 ，對你的景仰可以快速的瓦解為不信任以及怨恨。因此，如果某人來尋求你的指引，在你 自己是想要提供建議的前提下給予意見，並且堅決要求這個人必須在實際行動前好好思考 過一切。這樣的話，你將能夠讓自己免於之後的衝突。 --
