標題照片打不開

不知道為什麼，電腦裡的照片檔、圖片檔，
都打不開，而且副檔名都變成.yutrfnhd
原本存放照片的資料夾還出現一個文件檔，
裡面寫：
all your document photos databases
files are modified only.The modification
is reversible.
The only way to decrypt your files is to receive the private key and decryptio
n program.
And attempts to restore your files with the third party software will be fatal
for your file.
然後還叫我去下載Tor Browser
請問，這是中毒嗎？
