標題[問題] 請問這些感染的檔案可否刪除？

今天用賽門鐵克線上掃毒，發現記憶體未中毒，但下列檔案被感染：
D:\durjgxr.exe 感染了 W32.Dotex
C:\Program Files\meex.exe 感染了 W32.Dotex
C:\Program Files\ADSTechnology\ADSTechnology.exe 感染了 Trojan.Adclicker
C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\ssecbjf.exe 感染了 W32.Dotex
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\umrsoux.exe 感染了 W32.Dotex
請問上述受感染檔案，是否為可刪除而不影響系統運作的檔案？
刪除檔案後便可解決感染的問題嗎？
