標題[問題] 『kernel32.dll』和 『ro.dll』

請教各位大師，最近電腦只要開網頁就會跑出發生問題除錯，然後自動關閉，
而除錯內容如下
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 7.0.6000.16674 ModName: kernel32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.3119 Offset: 00012a7b
或者
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 7.0.6000.16674 ModName: ro.dll
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00002128
不管firefox或是IE都一樣，開起來沒多久就會跳出來，讓小弟很困擾，不知道各位
能否幫忙，謝謝
