標題[問題]麻煩幫忙查看切片病理報告

我媽上禮拜至台大耳鼻喉科作切片，因為舌頭右前緣腫起來，而且會痛
今天看健保快易通報告出來了
麻煩請各位幫我查看一下

Oral cavity tongue anterior biopsy ulcer with atypical squamous epithelium MAC
ROSCOPIC: Specimen A: 1. Biopsy site: tongue anterior 2. Specimen type: biopsy
3. Quantity: two tissue fragment(s) (up to) 0.5 x 0.4 x 0.2 cm. 4. Appearance
: white Consistency: soft All for section and labeled as A1. Jar 0 Microscopic
ally it shows ulceration with many ectatic vessels at the base. The vascular c
hannels are lined by CD31+ D2-40- endothelial cells. The viable squamous epith
elium exhibits moderate atypia with inflammatory cell infiltrates. The squamou
s epithelium shows strong CK17 staining patchy weak CK13 staining and strong p
53 staining at the basal layer. Although the background is inflammatory the im
munophenotype suggests moderate dysplasia.
