標題請問乳房粗針切片病理報告

請問從健康存摺看到媽媽的病理報告如下， 重點是columnar cell change跟usual ductal
hyperplasia 嗎？這會需要處置嗎？謝謝。

iopsy columnar cell change and usual ductal hyperplasia The specimen submitted c
onsists of 6 tissue fragments measuring up to 1.2 x 0.1 x 0.1 cm in size fixed i
n formalin. Grossly they are white and soft. All for section and labeled as A1.
Jar 0 Microscopically the section shows columnar cell change and usual ductal hy
perplasia. Ref: Nil
