標題[問題] 大腸鏡診斷結果詢問

各位大大好
因昨日爸爸做大腸鏡腫瘤切片
今天有看到以下診斷結果
但因為不清楚醫學專業診斷
想問問各位厲害的大大代表什麼意思…
以下是內視鏡診斷，目前還有病理結果待確認
因為真的很擔心爸爸，很怕是大腸癌

Tumor,Sigmoid colon,4cm,S/p biopsy,(A) Internal hemorrhoid Complication : NIL
Colonoscopic Findings : Digital rectal examination was performed and revealed
no abnormalities. The endoscope was introduced through the anus 80 cm and adv
anced to thececum, which was identified by the ileocecal valve. The quality of
the colon preparation was adequate. There is a hemicercumferetiated friable t
umor,Sigmoid colon,4cm, from anal verge 20cm, S/p biopsy,(A) Internal hemorrho
id 本大腸鏡報告臨床診斷部分為內視鏡診斷，最終診斷以病理診斷為主。
