標題[問題] 可以幫忙看看這份ct報告嗎

家人無意間發現肝臟腫瘤
醫生是說偏不好的
目前醫生是說先切片在看怎麼治療
但他真的完全沒有什麼症狀
所以真的很難接受
可以幫忙看一下這份報告嗎？及建議嗎？
讓家人心理有個底，已失眠好幾天
不知道該怎麼排除這種焦慮
報告如下。謝謝

CT of abdomen and pelvis without/with contrast enhancement shows: ＞ a large hepatic tumor (12.5cm) in right lobe wither heterogeneous enhancement and fat component. ＞ patency of portal and hepatic veins. ＞ bilateral adrenal nodules (up to 1.3cm). ＞ left renal cysts. ＞ unremarkable pancreas spleen and right kidney. ＞ no definite paraaortic lymphadenopathy. ＞ no ascites. ＞ atherosclerosis with wall calcification at the aorta. ＞ degenerative change of spine.
