標題[問題] 可否幫忙看一下切片檢查報告

家人剛做完病理切片，想知道目前狀況，雖然下週二回診看報告，但還是想請教一下目前
狀況如何？謝謝各位幫忙。
XIndication:Premedication:Premedication
with Hyoscine N-Buty| 20mg IM,
Simethicone (Wilcon) 20 cc po, and
Lidocaine Spray 10%.Clinical
Information:ESOPHAGUS: STOMACH:
One 32 mm heterogeneous mass was
noted. Under sonazoid use, cystic
lesion(anechoic inside) with enhacing
nodule was noted. One B22G acquire
needle was applied for mural nodule
sampling and 3 passes were done. The
acquired tissue was labelled as belowp1:
Ist pass, air 5ml suc, long red tissue,
thinP2: 2nd pass, air 5ml suc, long red
tissue, thinP3: 3rd pass, air 5ml suc, long
red tissue, thin The rest of fluid was sent
for cytologyDUODENUM:
DIAGNOSIS: - Pancreatic neck mass
ddx: IPMN with enhancing nodule or
adenocarcinoma with central necrosis.
