標題[自介] 爸爸上週末被診斷出肝癌

我是緬甸來台灣唸書的僑生,從唸書到工作,在這邊這時間已經十年
前天家中一通電話告知 家父被診斷為肝癌 一個月前開始發燒 無力 漲氣
家父在中緬邊界做生意 得知父親不舒服 母親趕緊將他回家(緬甸曼德勒)
檢查後決定住院 前天被電腦斷層掃描診斷出罹患肝癌
沒有什麼消息比這個還讓我更難過的
因為當地醫療設備落後 一開始我很懷疑那份檢驗報告
請弟弟掃描記過來 再請這邊的醫師幫忙看
醫師建議盡快把他接到台灣做進一步檢查評估
電腦斷層簡稱ct報告是這樣寫的:
Findings: Liver is enlarged and there is a large hypodense mass at
segment 6,7,& 8 of RT lobe about 97mmx82mm in size. The lesion is
poorly enhanced on arterial phase. Margin is illdefined. Remaining
liver shows nodular surface and prominent caudate lobe. PV 30mm &
contains tumour thrombus. Porta hepatis is normal.
RT sided pleural effusion is seen.
Gall baldder is of normal capacity and no stones. IHD & CBD are normal,
and no evidence of eholestasis is noted. Pancreas is normal, no SOL.
No calcification is seen. No evidence of sasites, No mesenteric lymph
node enlargement is noted. Spleen is not enlarged.
No retroperitoneal mass is seen. Both paracolic gutters are normal.
Both kidneys are normal in size and excreting well. No stones.
Adrenals are also normal.
Comment: Hepatocellular CA and PV tumor thrombus
& RT sided pleural effusion
雖然懷疑 但我還是看著這份報告哭 沒辦法控制
要能申請簽證到台灣來檢查 需要一些條件:財力證明例如銀行存款證明或與台灣醫療機構
達成之付款協議、醫院診斷證明、台灣醫療機構療程安排及說明書。
這條路我當做第二條 但只要有機會 這是首選
現在正準備去泰國曼谷 做更詳細的檢查 弟弟正在幫爸爸申請護照 我這邊跟泰國那邊醫院聯絡
這家醫院叫samitivej 網站
http://www.samitivej.co.th 這星期五拿到護照 就可申請泰國簽證
此時此刻 我們一家人幾近崩潰 越想越難過 爸爸還不知道 我們打算到曼谷再找適當的機會告訴他
我不敢想 不敢想那一刻
