標題[問題] 使用external library出現問題

請問各位大大
我在撰寫程式的時候有用到一個library
那個library是關於android USB accessory
(網址

我依照上面的程序裝了並且使用
結果在安裝到手機上後
Console出現error message
Installation error: INSTALL_FAILED_MISSING_SHARED_LIBRARY
manifest.xml 如下

請問有使用過的人知道出了甚麼問題嗎? T_T
我的android版本是 2.3.4 手機是 Galaxys II
