標題[問題] formdata 無法append資料

請問版上各位高手
在HTML5內開始可以使用FormData來append資料給xhr物件上傳
不過小弟在試的時候無論怎麼append('name',string)
用chrome的開發者工具console看內容卻都是空的沒有append內容
GOOGLE爬了一堆文都講得非常容易，沒想到讓我卡了一個下午
這網址是小弟參考的資料來源

請問這功能到底該如何使用呢?
