標題[情報] 簽證變嚴格了

我2010年在愛丁堡念了一個碩士，今年申請Glasgow School of Art有上
但是被Registry 拒絕發CAS number
因為說我已經念過一個Master了。
我記得以前不是這樣，但現在好像學校都不敢冒險
總之沒辦法了
We have already had lengthy discussions about this on the phone
and I informed you why GSA would not do this.
When the academic progression rule was introduced by the Home Office,
GSA took the decision that we would not sponsor students who wished to
study a programme at the same SCQF level as they had previously studied
in the UK as it only took one visa refusal on such grounds and the Tier 4
sponsor licence would be at risk of being revoked leading to a potential
loss of approximately 4m in annual revenue. Not to mention that all
existing international students at GSA would have to cease their studies
and return home immediately should the licence be revoked.
This policy has not been changed as the risk remains and is why we still
do not issue a CAS to students wishing to study at the same SCQF level.
