In addition, while recommending a new strategy, a detailed modeling of monetizable benefits in the overall marketing strategy is required. Hence, the qualifications in search would include, a. A strong skill of strategic marketing and branding. b. Brand portfolio execution experience is a plus but not required. c. Out-of-box thinker. d. Good team collaborators to extract institutional knowledge and able to work in the influenced network (unofficially linked team) e. Cross-cultural communication capability is a must. f. MBA candidates are preferred but not required. Resume scanning would be conducted in group. I will be describing a few tasks and you are given the opportunities to ask questions and demonstrate your thought process. --
