標題[問題] 英國租屋退稅

各位前輩好
請問英國學生在外租屋要怎麼退稅呢?
錢要如何拿呢? 現金? 退稅單到機場辦?
晚輩看了網路僅知道要開立學生信
除了學生信還要甚麼文件嗎? 契約? 收據?
麻煩各位多多指教了 謝謝
