The flat is located just behind Islington Town Hall on Upper Street, with excellent transportation links with less than 1 minute to the nearest bus stops. The nearest tube stations are Highbury & Islington (approx 5 mins walk) and Angel (approx 10 mins walk). The area is great to live in as you have easy access to several supermarkets (including a Chinese one 10 mins away) and also plenty of restaurants. The flat is a one bed flat where the living room has been converted into a second bedroom. You will be sharing the flat with me (girl working in canary wharf). I am looking for someone to take over the room for at least 1 year, non smoker and no pets. The rent is 810 per month (excluding bills).
