標題[閒聊] full/off license?

住在英國一陣子了
發現到這邊的雜貨店會在招牌上寫著full license或off license
我知道off license是有賣酒的小店的意思
對話中也常聽到人家說
但有沒有人知道這個full跟off的意思是什麼呢？
這個license又是什麼license呢？
