標題[問題] 請問報考中國註冊會計師資格

上網查一查，其中一項資格是:
（一）具有中華人民共和國教育行政主管部門認可的高等專科以上學校畢業的學歷，
或財政部會計師考試委員會（以下簡稱財政部考委會）認可的港澳臺地區
或外國高等專科以上學校畢業的學歷。
請問台灣的大學畢業可以報考嗎？
幫我跟我同學問的，都還沒取得台灣會計師執照
畢業學校各為台、政 麻煩知道的版友回答~~謝謝!!
