Moments after scoring his first ever goal for the Romans, Andreolli stressed the significance of his strike and of the result on the night. “It was so important that we didn’t lose here tonight, and this was something that we were never going to do,” Anderolli stressed in an interview with Mediaset. “We lifted in the second half and therefore deserved a draw. We missed a penalty, so in my opinion, this goal of mine is a gift to all of the effort we put in.” As expected, the former Inter defender was in an extremely buoyant mood after the match had completed, so he provided a brief insight into his experience with the club.
