First-leg draw After 1-1 draw at the Stadio Olimpico in last week's first leg, Roma took the lead midway through the first half at the Stadio Fruli, Brazilian winger Mancini opening the scoring only for Antonio Di Natale to level for the home side in the early stages of the second half. Mancini breakthrough The home side had the better of the early exchanges, but it was Roma who took the lead in the 21st minute when Mancini headed in Leandro Cufre's left-wing cross. Di Natale delight Udinese responded immediately and Stefano Mauri and Dino Fava both went close, before Di Natale collected Sulley Muntari's pass to level the game, and the tie, 12 minutes into the second half. Totti on target Roma continued to threaten, however, and settled the contest nine minutes from time as Udinese goalkeeper Samir Handanovic fouled Mancini inside the penalty area. Although the Slovenian international saved Totti's spot-kick, the Giallorossi captain was first to the rebound to score the winning goal.Udinese ended the match with ten men as midfield player David Pizarro was sent off for a foul on Vincenzo Montella in added time. Final dates Roma will face Inter in the final, with the first leg on 12 June and the return three days later.
