Juventus beat Milan 3-1 in the weekend’s showcase clash. Luca Antonelli scored on his Milan debut but the result was marred by an ongoing war of words surrounding Carlos Tevez’s goal, which was shown as both onside and offside in different television replays. Roma got back to winning ways as Daniele Verde starred in a 2-1 win over Cagliari, and a Mauro Icardi double helped Inter to a 3-0 win over Palermo to end their run of defeats.
