Luca Toni may have decided to leave the club, but many more young stars are making their way to the Stadio Franchi for next season. The first confirmed signing is Under-21 international Lupoli, who returns to Italy following spells at Arsenal and Derby County. 「July 14 will be an important date for me, as right from the start of pre-season training I have to be at my best to find space in this squad,」 he told 『Radioblu.』 「It would be wonderful to be part of the Italy squad for the European Under-21 Championships in Holland, but right now I am here and part of the new era. 「The next game will immediately be an important one to qualify for the 2009 tournament.
