Judge Cesare Ruperto heads the tribunal that will decide on the relative punishments, and the clubs involved are all reportedly ready to appeal should they not receive a favourable ruling. However time is running out to resolve the wide-ranging scandal as Uefa's deadline for entering teams into European competition expires on July 25.
