Pasqual wants Florence future http://www.channel4.com/sport/football_italia/feb15b.html Manuel Pasqual’s agent has confirmed that his client wants to remain with the club for the 2006-07 season. The defender’s future is unclear at this stage seeing as he is part owned by both the Viola and little Arezzo. But despite talk that Juventus and other interested clubs are keen on his signature, his representative has made the player’s intentions perfectly clear. “Pasqual wants to remain in Florence,” said Gastone Rizzo. “The boy has found his own paradise here and it will be hard for him to leave this behind. ” Nevertheless, Rizzo has admitted that his client’s current contractual situation could cause a few problems. “When a co-ownership agreement is drawn up, a player’s desire has got nothing to do with it,” added the agent. “It is now a matter between Fiorentina and Arezzo. I simply can’t get involved, we will have to look from the outside. “We are only in February now though and his future won’t be resolved until June. We will just have to remain tranquil from now until then. “Manuel is happy here, though, especially as Fiorentina signed him, they gave him a chance and they value him,” concluded Rizzo.
