一直很喜欢Iyengar瑜伽的课前Invocation 之前上小英的课时，课前的chanting是我最喜欢的时候。 因为唱颂时，总是有一股平静随喉间发出的旋律，与我同在。 而两年前暑假，某一次课前的chanting的中， 我彷佛置身泛着黄宝石光芒的空间， 感觉许多印度教的神只出现、与我同在，有种被保护的安然。 虽然後来知道梵文本身是在赞颂Patanjali 但那次的经验仍让我印象深刻。 然後上网, 意外找到了祖师爷，B.K.S.
