Nihilism can be defined through the category of despair,
and atheism through that of doubt …
The atheist is not necessarily a nihilist, because for him,
although there is no God, the world doesn’t lose its value,
while nihilism is an atheism which extends from the stage of the intellect
into the entire subjectivity.
