The message of Christ is "I am dying, but my death itself is good news.
It means you are alone left to your freedom . . ."
The only way really to be an athiest is to go to Christianity.
Christianity is much more athiest than the usual atheisms which can claim
there is no God and so on, but nonetheless retain a certain trust in the
"big other", which can be called natural necessity, evolution . . .
