偶尔会使用utorrent以及foxy抓影片
一直到上周末回来後，打开软体後网页开启就会显示以下的讯息
"You have reached the maximum number of permitted Internet sessions.
Please close one or more applications to allow furthur Internet access.
Contact your system administrator for further information."
不知道这会是什麽因素呢？
