标题[问题] 一个手势问题，暂停的意思

在 4x23 里面，Ross 跟 Emily 要在英国结婚
有一幕就是Emily跟Ross & Monica要去教堂的路上的场景

Ross: Whoa-whoa-whoa! Emily, (Gives her the time-out signal.) honey, okay?
Emily: Well, up yours too!
Ross: What?! No! No! That's-that's time-out!
Emily: Sorry.
想询问的是，Ross比的手势，在英国是有什麽特别不好涵义吗?
