标题[问题] 制作 Tab 谱的软体?

请问一下各位前辈们
有没有适合拿来制作 Tab 的软体呀?
每次都是用手写, 或是自己要用处理图片的软体剪剪贴贴
不知道有没有专门 for Ukulele 打谱用的软体?
