We still do not know why, but it seems the problem is somewhere between
strange MySQL behavour when running 20times on the same machine. Coders and
SysAdmins are working on that together (finally) but as they still are not
sure what the real problem is, there is no ETA for a solution.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
