=> stationary points
(4L/(1-L), 0) 代入限制式得 (5,0) 或 (3,0)
L = 5/9 L=3/7
L= 5/9 => D^2 V(5,0) = [8/9,0;0,0] 半正定 => local minimum
L=3/7 => D^2 V(3,0) = [-8/3,0;0,0] 半负定 => local maximum
