令f'(x)=0
→x=4 or -2
x=-3 时 f(-3)=23
x=-2 时 f(-2)=33
x=4 时 f(4)=-75
x=8 时 f(8)=132
经比较得知 f(x)在x=4有(绝对)极小值-75,x=8有(绝对)极大值132
