Fx = 3x^2 + 2y -4 = 0 联立得 (3x+1)(x-1)=0
Fy = 2y + 2x -3 = 0 二点：(-1/3 ,11/6)(1,1/2)
Fxx= 6x Fxy= 2
Fyx= 2 Fyy= 2
Δ= 12x-4
Δ(-1/3,11/6) < 0 为鞍点
Δ(1 , 1/2) > 0 Fxx = 6 >0 为local min
