史逸欣 ( Vienna Teng ), 这位双亲来自台湾, 华裔美籍的创作歌手,
因为前阵子台湾代理进口她的专辑的关系, 报章媒体都有一定篇幅报导,
许多朋友应该对她不算太陌生.

里面有她在 7/25 美国发行的新专辑"Dreaming Through The Noise"中,
新歌曲的试听.
其中第四首"City Hall", 是她对 2004 年,
旧金山政府将同志婚姻合法化并开放注册登记之後,
有感而发而写下的一首歌.
歌词很感人, 歌曲很动听.
