标题[请益] 要拆牙套了，请各位帮忙看看

目前矫正快三年，医生说下次回诊就要拆了。
原本有排列不整齐内凹的问题，拔了4颗智齿牙，上排有装骨钉，但感觉没拔臼齿没有空
间可以拉。
目前觉得前排有点凸，下排没有很整齐，但医生说这样可以了。
还请大家帮忙看看还有没有哪里需要调整的，
