标题[问题] There is/ are的倒装句

各位老师好：
我想请教一个问题~~~
一般我们使用there is/are 的句型我们都很清楚後面的名词才是真正的词
There is an apple on the table. an apple 才是这句的主词是没有问题的…
但还有一种句子是：
An apple is on the table. (用来强调an apple)
不过~~却有一种写法~~~
是把地方副词放在句首~~~~
想请问~~这句型是如何？？
On the table is an apple. or
On the table has an apple. (用has更怪~~不是吗！？)
太久没看了~~~有点忘了？？
