标题[问题] 国中间接疑问句

九年级下第五课
I wonder if _____________________________.
(B) my parents will agree with my plan.
(C) he did it by himself or not.
答案是(B)
但我一时竟看不出来(C)有何错误
亦或是时态的关系不可用？
请版友指点一二
