标题[问题] 多益文法

题目是
As Tommy is honest and always means what he says, Mr. Doraski has every reason
to believe that he is worth ______ for the mission.
(A) to count on
(B) to be counted on
(C) counting on
(D) being counted on
相信大家跟答案都一样会选(C)
但我选(D),我知道 be worth + Ving
可是(D)选Tommy被信赖值得这项任务
这样解哪里错?
