标题[问题] 请问by和with的差别

最近教到习作里有一句
"我不相信一个三岁小孩竟然能单手开罐头"
下面是引导式翻译用挖空的
I can't believe that a __________ child can open a can ______ one hand.
针对第二个空格的部份
习作答案是给with
但有学生问我为什麽这题不能用by?
这两个到底差在哪呢?
另外参考书里也有题类似的
在讲友谊的"食谱"
题目是"Pour smiles and good feelings into a bowl ___ warm wishes."
选项有 over, about, with, 和by
一样我是想问这里的with是解释成什麽比较通呢?
是"用~方式"的意思还是"和"的意思?
