不确定这样想是不是正确的
如果不对的话麻烦指点一下
我的感觉是Some有肯定的意思
而Any是否定的
所以第一题的 Would you like some/any cake?
因为是不确定数量的情况下
两个都可以用
第二题中的 Where did the students see some dogs yesterday?
这问句中已经表示了学生有看到狗
因此数量已知
Any在这情况下用就不对了

Some can be used in questions which are offers/requests or which expect the
answer "yes".
Example:
Do you have some coffee? (Offer)
Could you lend me some money? (Request)
Did you buy some clothes? (Here we use some because we expect an answer
in the affirmative.)
字典上说得肯定似乎针对的是有"是否"答案的问题
像是Where这种问句应该没有肯定或否定的答案
