标题[问题] 国语日报上的语文教室一句子

Crabs
One crab pulled another one down in order to move out of the basket,but none
of them could not move out because of their selfishness and uncooperativeness.
^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
想请问
(1)none of them could not是不是怪怪的???
不是已经有none 为何还要加not
(2)只背过cooperation
虽从文句上可猜出意义
但字典上好像也找不到uncooperativeness
还请高手分享指教
