标题[问题]文法 neither ...nor.. = either ...or....not?

请各位帮忙解答一下
Neither you nor I will go to the party.
=Either you or I won't go to the party.
两句的意思是一样的吗?
我们知道either...or....是只其中一个而已
所以似乎有矛盾
请帮忙解答一下
