It is time that you should take a shower. 有时候还有下面的用法 It is high time we "take" our ignorance more seriously. 因此在解这种题目的时候建议看看前後文、语气 这一题出题语意比较笼统，所以才会都可以 一般出的好一点的题目会看出来 "it should have happened a long time ago"的情况 ex: 下面两句的情况就是用过去式最好，用其它的都怪怪的 It was high time someone invited me to lunch.
