好奇怪的逻辑, ITTF 没有一条明文(包含规则、裁判手册)
说明以保护 "击球者所可能获得的最大利益" 来做裁判依据
规则写得非常清楚
关於抢板
2.05.08 A player obstructs the ball if he, or anything
he wears or carries, touches it in play when it
is above or travelling towards the playing surface,
not having touched his court since last being
struck by his opponent.
关於发球触网
2.09.01 The rally shall be a let
2.09.01.01 if in service the ball, in passing over or
around the net assembly, touches it, provided
the service is otherwise correct or the ball is
obstructed by the receiver or his partner;
所以答案是 Let, 重发
请详读规则, 不要再相信没有根据的说法了
