前一阵子也在找房子 在网路上找了几间 其中有一间在Chicago Chinatown附近,看起来挺方便 一房还两房我忘了,但是附了满间的漂亮家具,一个月才七百左右 看起来就应该是秒杀价 留言後对方马上就来信 说什麽他们人在英国,这房子是给女儿念书买的,女儿现在毕业了 但是他们还想留着这房子,所以就打算出租 blahblah~~~ 我们回信问他那怎麽带看,怎麽拿钥匙 他们就回说,他们会把钥匙用TNT(?)寄过来 我们觉得不太对,就回信请他们给我们看一下deed扫瞄档,我才知道他真的是屋主 就没下文了.... 板友们租屋时看到太好的价格先别太高兴,有时这就是掉入陷阱的第一步.... --
