美国南卡Clemson University (前top 25 public university)
今年度开始台湾学生将被视为是in-state学生
因此学费尚将比照南卡州居民仅负担in-state tuition

Dear Professor Juang:
I wanted to follow up with you on Dr. Jackson’s message of July 29. As she
mentions, at their July meeting, the Board of Trustees approved the waiver of
out-of-state tuition for students who are residents of Sister States of South
Carolina as approved by the South Carolina legislature. As you know, one of
these Sister States is the Province of Taiwan, Republic of China.
