标题[问题] Offer letter里的一句话是什麽意思

学校寄给我的offer letter里面有提醒我何时要缴钱
Grand Total (due 4 weeks before program start)
Total deposit (due 2 weeks from receipt of statement)
但是在One-Time Fees方面只写说
"You will pay the one time fees as part of your deposit
and grand total payment. "
那这样是说One-Time Fees的费用已经包括在前两项里面,
还是说到时缴钱时要自己另外加进去呢?
