标题[问题] SUNY at Buffalo 的线上application

想请教板上的各位
目前正在研究SUNY at Buffalo的MS program
线上申请部分需要填写essays
内容被拆成三个部分:
1.Statement of Educational and Career Goals
Please write a detailed statement of your educational and career goals
这个部分要求要 detail的填写
2.Applicant's Personal Statement
Briefly discuss your reasons for making application to this program. Indicate
the area(s) in which you wish to receive education. What long-range goals do
you have following completion of your studies.
3.Statement of Purpose
後两部分是说要brief的填写
不晓得各位有经验的学长姐们
detail和brief大约需要多少字阿
因为我尝试把1000字的版本贴上去 也是贴得上去 = ="
但又觉得他们应该不会有耐心看那麽久~~
除此之外 educational and career goals 和 SOP 又该怎样做区别呢?
我有上网及爬文知道了SOP和personal statement的差别
但觉得educational goals怎麽写都会和SOP很像 = ="
所以想请问大家这两者又该如何做区别?
学校的requirement里并没有要求寄SOP过去 (CV only)
所以线上的申请应该是唯一表达的机会?
可以请大家给点意见吗? 谢谢:)
