标题[问题] 录取了? 但没录取信

我大概2~4天左右会去看一次申请学校的check-status的网页
网页一直以来都没什麽变化，直到刚刚
我刚刚在ohio state university看到可以选"decision"
点进去一看
Congratulations! You are admitted to the university. Note items with a status
other than Completed are still needed by the office listed in the Contact
column. Use the ACCEPT/DECLINE link on the Applicant Center page to accept or
decline your admission.
接着我进去了ACCEPT/DECLINE link，那边写着
We are pleased to grant you admission to the following program(s). Note that
once you accept or decline admission to a particular program it will no
longer appear on this page. Select the program you would like to accept or
decline.
这样看起来应该是录取了...吗?
但我很担心的点有两个
1. 我没收到任何e-mail，这只是我登入他们网页看到的
照理说不是一定都会收到吗??
2. 我爬文看到以前liowu板友有发一篇文:
「我之前申请OSU也是发生这种情形,这情形有可能是你申请的系所已经决定推荐你入学,
现在他们把这个决定送到Graduate school,
然後Graduate school要审核你的英文成
绩和GPA,如果都达到学校的要求,会发信通知你缴交财力证明,等你缴交财力证明後学校
会再审核你的经济情况看你是否能到OSU就读,如果你的经济没有问题并且你已决定去
OSU就读,学校就会寄给你正式的录取信跟I-20.」
而实际上，我托福其实不到他们要求的分数，而且还有段差距.....
我也不知道是否担心过度...?
